6. Pet Safety and Proper Product Use

Pawmiso products are pet-care, comfort, grooming, or household products and are not veterinary devices or substitutes for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always follow the instructions, warnings, size guidance, and stated weight limits supplied with the product.

Inspect products before each use and discontinue use if a product is damaged, unstable, or excessively worn.
Supervise pets when using grooming supports, elevated products, beds with removable parts, toys, or accessories that may be chewed or swallowed.
Keep packaging, small parts, straps, cords, and plastic bags away from pets and children.
Do not leave a restrained or suspended pet unattended.
Use grooming hammocks or restraint products only with a stable, compatible support and within the specified size and weight limits.
Stop use if your pet shows pain, breathing difficulty, panic, skin irritation, or unusual distress, and consult a veterinarian when appropriate.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your pet's species, size, weight, age, health, temperament, and behavior. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, a contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing or description error, shipping restrictions, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

For a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing product, we may ask for your order number, an explanation of the issue, photographs of the product and packaging, and photographs of the shipping label. Do not return a product to the sender address shown on a parcel unless our customer service team has confirmed that address in writing. Using an unauthorized return address may delay or prevent processing.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping purposes. No license or right is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
