Important Delivery Information
Please note that all delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, local carrier delays, remote delivery locations, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment, particularly while the parcel is being transferred between international and local carriers.
If your parcel has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe or the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our customer support team with your order number and email address. We will help check the latest shipping status with the carrier.
